Hydr8 analyzes activity and physiological data to estimate sweat loss, hydration deficit, and electrolyte depletion during training and competition. Hydr8 is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our insights are intended for informational and athletic performance purposes only.

Hydr8 accesses connected service data solely through official APIs and only after you grant permission. We access only the data categories listed above and only for the purposes described in this policy.

You may disconnect any connected service from Hydr8 at any time through the Hydr8 application settings. Upon disconnection, Hydr8 will stop receiving new data from that service.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Hydr8 platform. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Estimate sweat loss during workouts
• Calculate hydration deficit
• Adjust electrolyte recommendations based on your activity and conditions
